| Urmat Sarpekov Credit Manager Urmat joined Frontiers team in March, 2006 as a Loan Portfolio Manager and in August, 2007 was promoted to the position of Credit Manager. Prior to Frontiers Urmat's career path was connected with Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation which later was transformed into OJSC "Aiyl Bank" where he started his career as a Financial Analyst then worked as a Loan Officer in one of the branches of the same institution and later promoted to the position of Marketing Expert. Urmat, with an honor, graduated from Bishkek Humanities University, with major in World Economy of faculty of European Civilizations. He participated in different training related to microfinance such as "Management of Microcredit Agencies and Microcredit Companies", "Financial Analysis of MFIs", "Mortgage Lending", "Financial Management" and others sponsored and conducted by local and international organizations. | Kunduz Turgumbaeva Loan Portfolio Manager Turgumbaeva Kunduz graduated Kyrgyz State National University faculty Banking Business on specialty Finance, Credit and Banking. She joined to Frontiers as Loan Portfolio Manager in March 2007. Prior to joining to Frontiers she worked as the Representative of Aiyl Bank on Alamedin rayon and Bishkek and then worked as the Chief Specialist of the Methodology Department. Kunduz took part in the various trainings and workshops; she has international qualification СAP (Certified Accounting Practitioner), certificates of bank Training Centre "Bank Accountant" (first and top degrees), certificate of Policy Research Institute Ministry of Finance of Japan "Course on Policy Finance in Japan for the Central Asian and Caucasus Countries, 2005" conducted in Tokyo, certificates ‘Mortgage lending" (Chemonics International), "Investment Lending" (World Bank&Ministry of Finance KR) and so on. | Mirlanbek Torobekov Loan Portfolio Manager Mirlanbek graduated from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with Major in International Relations, also he is an MBA graduate from the Academy of Management under the President of KR. Prior to joining Frontiers, he worked in different regional branches and representative offices of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation (KAFC), nowadays transformed into OJSC "Aiyl Bank", where his career path stretched from probationer to Senior Loan Officer. Mirlanbek participated different kinds of seminars and training related to lending operations.  | Farida Tashbaeva Loan Portfolio Manager Farida graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with major in “Science of Law”, she also received a degree with honors in "Accounting and Audit" from Humanitarian Institute of Management, Economics Department. Prior to joining Frontiers she worked in “Kurulush-Bank” as an Expert in Clients Servicing Department and later in Securities Management Department. In June, 2005 Farida joined Frontiers as an Accountant. Since December, 2008 she was appointed to the position of Loan Portfolio Manager. In 1999 Asel graduated from International University of Kyrgyzstan, master degree, specialization - International Law (diploma with honors). She is the In-house Attorney of MLC Frontiers, LLC, since August 2004. Earlier she worked as a Leading Attorney of Problem Loans Department of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation (at present - Ayil Bank), and the Head of International Relations Department in the Department of Air Transport and Air Space Use at the Ministry of Transport of the Kyrgyz Republic. Asel Bekturova has professional experience in representation of company's interests in the state bodies, examination of legal documents, in development of internal policies and procedures of Frontiers company. At the same time Asel hold the Compliance Officer position. She is responsible for implementation of Frontiers Policies on Anti money-laundering and Compliance control. Chief Accountant Bermet started her career in Frontiers since January 2008 as an Accountant, later the same year she has been appointed to the position of a Chief Accountant. Prior to joining Frontiers, Bermet worked at Kyrgyz Agricultural Finance Corporation (presently AyilBank) as an Accountant of Operational Department, Accountant-financier in Talas Branch, Internal Audit Specialist and Specialist of the Methodology Department. Bermet Suleimanova has graduated from Kyrgyz Agrarian Academy with specialization in "Economics and Management of Agricultural Production", Bermet also participated a number of trainings and seminars on accounting, taxation, internal audit and etc. She has international qualification СAP (Certified Accounting Practitioner), “Bank Accountant” of the first and highest degree certificates of Bank Training Centre.
